Native Discovery, created by Daniel Teoh and his Orang Asli partners, facilitates relationships between indigenous and non-indigenous communities in Malaysia. Through guided visits and dialogues, Native Discovery aims to foster understanding, support, and unity so Malaysians can become meaningful allies to the Orang Asli. Native also works to empower indigenous entrepreneurs to “harness their heritage, knowledge, and natural resources to shape the future they desire” (discovernative.org).

SDG 10: Reduced Inequality

Investments in infrastructure and innovation are crucial drivers of economic growth and development, helping to foster sustainable industries and enhance research and innovation.

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption & Production

Encouraging efficient use of resources and energy, infrastructure, and processes can help decouple economic growth from environmental degradation.

SDG 16: Peace, Justice, & Strong Institutions

Promoting peaceful and inclusive societies, providing access to justice for all, and building effective, accountable institutions at all levels supports equality and helps societies prosper.
